Website planning
Up to five bespoke main pages, planned around your services, customers, locations and the main actions you want people to take. We decide what pages the site needs and what each page should communicate, rather than dropping your business into a generic template.
Copy
Website copy written from the business information you provide, or existing copy improved and adapted where appropriate.
Design and build
A custom WordPress website designed for your business and built for mobile, tablet and desktop.
Customer journey
Clear navigation, service information, trust elements and obvious contact and enquiry paths, including forms where relevant and click-to-call where useful.
Search and measurement foundations
Page titles, metadata, headings, internal linking, image alt text where appropriate, making sure search engines can find and index the site, an XML sitemap, and local search foundations where relevant. Google Search Console and Google Analytics (GA4) are set up for the website if they are not already in place, so the visits and enquiries can be measured. No ranking guarantee and no ongoing SEO campaign are included, and there is no ongoing analytics reporting.
Revisions, ownership and hosting
Four structured revision rounds before launch, WordPress administrator access, ownership of the completed website content and custom work after full payment, freedom to move the website to another suitable hosting provider, first six months of hosting included, and hosting available at £20 per month after that.
Ownership note
Third-party software, plugins, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences.
Scope
The package includes up to five bespoke main content pages. Legal, policy, confirmation, thank-you, 404 or other necessary system pages do not use that allowance where required.
Not included in this pilot
This pilot is for straightforward service, lead-generation and informational websites. Ecommerce stores, online shops, marketplaces, SaaS products, complex membership platforms, large bespoke web applications, substantial custom software, unusually complex integrations and large-scale migrations are outside the fixed pilot scope.
