Cookie and Storage Access Notice

Last updated: 18 August 2026

This notice explains cookies and other technologies that store information on, or access information from, your device when you use Techne Kaizen and the Website Pilot.

1. Who is responsible

Techne Kaizen is a trading name of Joshua Nimako, sole trader, 34 Summerton Way, London, SE28 8QX, United Kingdom.

Email: info@technekaizen.com

2. Your choices

Non-essential technologies are off by default. The first layer offers equally available controls to Accept all, Reject non-essential or Manage choices.

The second layer separates:

  • Essential: always on where genuinely needed for security, requested functionality, checkout state or saving your privacy preference;
  • Analytics: Google Analytics measurement, off until you choose it; and
  • Advertising: Meta advertising measurement, off until you choose it.

Analytics and Advertising are independent. Refusing either does not prevent suitability, checkout, Stripe payment, success/status, onboarding, approval or balance payment.

3. Technology inventory

4. Similar technologies

The rules and choices apply not only to classic cookies but also to scripts, tags, pixels, link decoration, browser web storage and other storage/access techniques. The Website Pilot does not use fingerprinting as an Analytics or Advertising workaround.

5. Withdrawing or changing a choice

Use the persistent Cookie Settings control to change Analytics or Advertising independently. Changing a purpose from on to off:

  • updates the stored decision and consent timestamp;
  • stops subsequent Website Pilot dispatch for that purpose;
  • sends the relevant denied consent update where supported; and
  • makes a reasonable attempt to remove the related first-party Google or Meta identifiers from the current site.

A provider may have already received information sent while consent was valid. Withdrawal does not make that earlier processing unlawful. Browser controls can also remove site data, but they are not the only withdrawal method.

6. Versioning and fresh choices

The current consent version is tk-cmp-2026-08-18-v1. It is tied to these purpose descriptions and this inventory. If a materially new technology or purpose is introduced, the saved decision is invalidated and the site asks again.

7. Third parties and transfers

Optional measurement may disclose information to Google or Meta only after the relevant choice. Stripe receives payment and device information on its hosted checkout as needed to provide payment and security. See the Privacy Policy for recipients, lawful bases and international-transfer information.
